Million Berhane – Your boxing coach for beginners in Lausanne

Million Berhane, your boxing coach for beginners in Lausanne

Je suis Million, ancien compétiteur et coach privé chez Progress Boxing, à Renens près de Lausanne. Aujourd’hui, je mets mon expérience au service des beginners who want to build solid foundations and gain confidence.

You do not need any boxing experience to get started. I take the time to explain, demonstrate and give you feedback suited to your level. We build your guard, stance, footwork and first combinations without throwing you straight into a group class.

I speak English and French. You can train in the language you feel most comfortable with. English-speaking beginners are welcome.

Competitive experience, coaching tailored to you

  • Swiss kickboxing champion, SCOS — 2010
  • Swiss Muay Thai champion, SMTV — 2010
  • French-speaking Switzerland boxing champion, Swiss Boxing — 2011
  • Swiss professional K1 champion — 2013

My aim in every session is to make technique easy to understand, adapt the exercises and help you progress at your own pace.

Technique, fitness and mobility

My years of competition taught me to pay closer attention to mobility, flexibility and postural strength. That experience shapes my coaching: alongside boxing, we work on stamina, coordination and movement quality according to your needs.

If you want to focus on technique, we can prioritise focus mitts and boxing drills. We plan the content of your sessions together.

Start with a clear plan

The 3-month beginner programme starts with a package of 10 sessions. Coaching is one-to-one; you can also share your package with a partner, attending the sessions together at the same total price.
